We’ve summarised commonly asked questions below also as a small family business we’re always here to help you with your enquiry, please feel free to reach out to our team and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

We're using 2 vehicles:

  1. Luxury Mercedes V-Class V300 for 7 passengers.
  2. Toyota Highlander / Kluger SUV for up to 4 passengers on selected tours only.

Yes, all our tours are private therefore only your group will participate.

We can pick up your group from the cruise terminal then go straight on tour, dropping to your accommodation afterwards.

Unless your cruise is staying in Sydney overnight, we DO NOT recommend touring then dropping to the cruise afterwards due to boarding times of your vessel.

Yes you can, however please bear in mind our bookings calendar can book out quickly therefore best to do so as early as possible prior to the date of your tour.

There are system generated fees shown at checkout of 1.9% which pays for our booking software.  

Yes we do, simply let us know upon booking so we can arrange for you. This caters from 0 - 7 years old.

Yes you can as you’ll have your own experienced tour driver/guide for the day who is only too happy to accommodate any reasonable requests.

Yes however this will depend on the destination requested. For day tours anywhere up to 200 KM from Sydney is achievable.

Yes we accommodate for  numerous types of pickups and drops including cruise pickups, flights from Sydney to The Blue Mountains or other tour destinations either near the tour destination or with Sydney CBD region.

Yes as long as they are within the region we are visiting on the tour such as wildlife parks or similar attractions, please check availability with the supplier prior to booking.

As part of our bookings system, you can pay 10% upfront with the balance payable 7 days before your tour. You're always welcome to get in touch should you need something more flexible.
