This half day (6 hour) experience is ideal for same day flight arrivals & guests with limited time looking to cover key areas of the mountains within less time. You’ll see the best the area has to offer in the comfort and privacy of your own touring vehicle with no others. Departures from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Take in spectacular views overlooking the Jamison Valley from various perspectives. Start your visit from Lincoln’s rock overlooking the Jamison valley from the east. Then enjoy a scenic hike through Wentworth falls where you may just spot some of the local wildlife. Spend time at Leura for lunch and meander through the local shops. See the majestic Three sisters from Echo Point. Afterwards time permitting see over the western edge of the mountains from Cahills lookout and Boars Head. Return to Sydney to destination of Choice within the CBD, cruise terminal or airport.

Enjoy views overlooking the Jamison Valley from various perspectives, East to West. We’ll cover the key areas that are must see locations as well as hiking trails to a waterfall and the chance to spot native wildlife.

While we do offer flexibility, bear in mind this is a half day experience we’ve designed to bring you the best spots in the time we have.

My family and I, did the private tour with David. We found it very entertaining, enjoyable and informative. David’s local knowledge of the area was invaluable and helped us beat the crowds along with seeing the best vantage points of the blue mountains. David was very pleasant to spend the day with. Having had to wait nearly 3 years (Covid!) to visit Sydney, this tour with David was well worth the wait. He took us to hidden away gems to see amazing sights with very little in the way of crowds. The tour is very flexible and was planned totally around what we wanted to get out of the day. We would highly recommend Escape Scenes and felt it was very good value for money.
