Indulge your senses as we explore the Southern Highlands’ premier cool-climate wineries. Situated 600 metres above sea level, this picturesque region is home to historic townships and boutique breweries. Enjoy an exclusive journey with only your group (up to 7 guests) in a luxury Mercedes V-Class as we tour the rolling rural NSW countryside.
You’ll have the opportunity to visit hand-picked boutique wineries and historic villages, with ample time to meander through the heart of the region for some local retail therapy.
Your Highland Journey
Travel Time: Your journey is a comfortable 90-minute drive to the Southern Highlands, located approximately 120km south-west of Sydney.
11:00 AM – First Boutique Wine Tasting
Kick off the day with an exquisite 60-minute tasting featuring a fine selection of six wines produced in-house. While at this venue, we can discuss your lunch preferences for the day.
Lunch & Historic Berrima (Optional)
Choose to dine at the winery or head into the heart of Historic Berrima for a traditional pub lunch at the Surveyor General Inn—Australia’s oldest continuously licensed inn—before our second tasting.
Second Wine Tasting
A short drive takes us further into the heritage charm of Berrima to enjoy your second curated tasting experience in the heart of the village.
Explore at Your Leisure
Following your tastings and lunch, enjoy time to explore local artisan boutiques, antique stores, and historic sites at your own pace.
Third Optional Stop
If you’re keen for one last drop, we can cap off the afternoon at a third local winery or a boutique craft brewery before we begin our return journey.
Return to Sydney
The drive back to Sydney takes approximately 90 minutes, with a scheduled return to your door around 7:00 PM.

My family and I, did the private tour with David. We found it very entertaining, enjoyable and informative. David’s local knowledge of the area was invaluable and helped us beat the crowds along with seeing the best vantage points of the blue mountains. David was very pleasant to spend the day with. Having had to wait nearly 3 years (Covid!) to visit Sydney, this tour with David was well worth the wait. He took us to hidden away gems to see amazing sights with very little in the way of crowds.
