You tell me the passengers, the pickup, the destination and the timing. I confirm the vehicle and hold the time exclusively for you. On the day, I'm on standby for the duration you've booked — no shared use, no handoffs.

Private driver hire means booking me and the vehicle for a set period, rather than a fixed point-to-point trip or a shared tour. You send an enquiry with your passengers, dates, and where you want to go, and I put together a service built around that — hourly, full-day, or multi-day.
How far outside Sydney will you travel?
There's no fixed radius. I regularly drive to the Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, Canberra and the NSW snowfields, but I'm happy to quote for any destination in NSW, interstate, or further afield — wherever you need to go, tell me in your enquiry and I'll work out the logistics.
How much luggage can I bring, and does it affect passenger numbers?
Yes, luggage volume changes the ideal group size. I suggest checking out our vehicle images on this page as it will sit 7 passengers however it would not be possible if you all have large suitcases. For fewer passengers suggest up to 4 with full luggage. If you're travelling with bags for a multi-day trip, mention your group size when you enquire and I'll confirm the right fit.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Yes. For groups larger than the Mercedes V-Class allows, I can source a suitable vehicle covering anywhere from 5 to 50 passengers. I hold a full coach captain licence, so I can either dry hire a larger vehicle myself or bring in a coach and driver through one of my trusted touring partners to match your group size where ill be your group leader if needed.
How do I book, and can the service be customised to what I need?
Every booking starts with an enquiry rather than a fixed package. I ask about your group, your destination, your timing and anything specific you need — waiting time, multiple stops, early starts — and quote the service around that, rather than fitting you into a set itinerary.
Can you wait on-site during meetings, events or stops along the way?
Yes. Standby and waiting time can be built into your booking, so I'm on-site or nearby for the duration you need, whether that's a corporate meeting, a long lunch, an event, or a series of stops on a longer trip.
What can I expect in terms of comfort and discretion?
You travel in an immaculate, dark grey Mercedes V-Class V300 with rear privacy glass, reclining leather seats, individual climate control, a panoramic sunroof and a stocked fridge. I've worked in passenger transport since 2009 and understand the discretion corporate and VIP clients expect.
How is this different from a set day tour?
A day tour follows a fixed itinerary to a specific destination. Private driver hire is open-ended — you set the schedule, the stops and the destination, and I work to that, whether it's a few hours in Sydney or several days on the road.
